The Mission of the Residents of Collins Tract Association, Inc. is to promote and preserve the unique character and qualities of the historic Collins Tract neighborhood in Pennsauken by improving the physical characteristics of the neighborhood, creating and fostering a sense of community and neighborhood activism among the residents, and educating residents and other interested persons about the unique history, culture, and architecture of the neighborhood.
